Interim Contracts Register

The Centre has now decided to collate the above information, which will then be added to the Discussion Forum area of the NWCE Website under Framework Agreements Workstream.

It is intended that this table be used to list any forthcoming contracts that local authorities are going out to tender for that can be opened up for use by other public bodies across the North West. This will give everyone an opportunity to see what is happening in the rest of the region, and encourage more collaborative procurement.

We would therefore ask you to complete all relevant forthcoming contract information - including  “contact name”, “telephone number” and “e-mail address” columns.  This is to ensure that those authorities that would like further information on your contract are able to contact the relevant person easily.

Once completed the information will be added to the Interim Contracts Register on the NWCE Website for all members to view. 

This is an ongoing exercise and will be updated each time a Local Authority sends through a new Contract opportunity.

New EU Procurement Directives

The last of our three sub-regional events regarding the new EU Procurement Directives is being held on Friday 16^th December at Kendal Town Hall – and there are a very limited number of places remaining.   Feedback from the first two events has been excellent.  If you would like to secure a place for the 16^th December please contact Bev at NWCE as soon as possible.
